It felt less like a natural part of the day and more like a disruption I hadn’t planned for, even though it happened every single day. To make this schedule sustainable, I keep grocery shopping simple. Bulk staples come from Costco. Chicken nuggets, frozen fries, pizza, bread, cheese, lunch meat, apples, carrots, and frozen vegetables that make weekdays easy.

Fresh produce and a few elevated touches come from Whole Foods. Salad mixes, cucumbers, berries, zucchini, watermelon, tomatoes, and bread that turns something as basic as grilled cheese into a moment.
